No on call, no late nights, no critical cases.

You will shape your day-to-day with autonomy in cases, protocols, and locoregional anesthesia techniques.

You won’t be doing it alone. Our technicians are supported by veterinary assistants, a remote nurse team, and strong medical leadership — so you can spend your time where it matters most: with patients and pet parents.

• Competitive Pay: $37-$44/hour (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation:
  Up to $8/hour Shift Differential!
• Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus
  • When your clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, the extra earnings go into a shared bonus pool that is distributed among the team. Team members have earned up to an additional $250/month or more!

• Assist with surgeries, procedures, appointments, and patient care.
• Provide client education and partner with clients throughout the care experience.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
• Support the development and implementation of surgical protocols.
• Perform surgical nursing duties, including anesthesia and sedation management.
• Process lab samples and perform patient treatments, diagnostics, and medication administration.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
• Assist with inventory management, stock maintenance, and supply ordering.
• Ensure instrumentation is available, sterile, and properly maintained.
