Location: New York
Overview
Seeking a Validation Engineer to support pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing operations with a strong focus on Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) decontamination processes. The role supports cleanroom, isolator, and facility sterilization activities in a GMP-regulated environment.
Required Experience- Hands-on experience with Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) sterilization/decontamination
- Pharma or Biotech GMP environment experience
- Validation experience (IQ/OQ/PQ) for sterilization or cleanroom systems
- Knowledge of aseptic processing and contamination control
- Experience with SOPs, protocols, and final reports
- Execute and support VHP cycle development, qualification, and requalification
- Perform IQ/OQ/PQ for VHP systems, isolators, and clean rooms
- Author and review validation protocols, reports, and deviations
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
