Sign On Bonus: $1,000, to be paid incrementally during first 6 months of employment ($500 at 90 days and $500 at 180 days).Shift: Sunday-Thursday 2pm-10:30pm.
The Production Support Associate helps prepare and ship prescription orders in a fast‑paced pharmacy fulfillment center. This role is hands‑on and detail‑driven, supporting patient safety and accuracy while working with automated systems. It’s a great fit for candidates interested in pharmacy technician support, healthcare operations, or fulfillment work. Our Cheektowaga location is located just outside of Buffalo, New York.
Pay Rate: $18/hr + $1 Shift Differential
Shift: Sunday - Thurs (2pm - 10:30pm)
What You Will Do- Fill prescription vials with tablets and capsules using system instructions
- Pick and verify medications by name, strength, and quantity
- Replenish automated medication cells with bulk product
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and orders
- Perform basic counting and calculations for prescriptions
- Pack and label orders for shipment
- Follow SOPs, HIPAA guidelines, and pharmacy safety standards
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant
- Identify issues and elevate concerns when needed
- Minimum Education & Typical Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Typically requires 1+ years of related experience - Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Visual ability to read screens, labels, and scanners
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, warehouse, or fulfillment roles
- Exposure to pharmacy technician or medication handling work
- Comfort using computers, scanners, or inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
- On‑site, climate‑controlled pharmacy fulfillment center
- Fast‑moving, production‑driven setting
- Standing, walking, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
- No travel required
