  • 3–5+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience within the cosmetics, beauty, personal care, skincare, haircare, or consumer products industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of global cosmetic regulations, including FDA (U.S.), Health Canada, EU Cosmetics Regulation, UK Cosmetics Regulation, and other international markets.
  • Experience reviewing cosmetic product labels, artwork, packaging, ingredient listings, and claims for regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting global product registrations, notifications, and regulatory documentation.
  • Familiarity with adverse event reporting, regulatory investigations, and product compliance activities.
  • Experience working with regulatory databases and document management systems.
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and product development processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
