WHAT WE'RE DOING The Software Quality Analyst will develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and documentation that meet customer, regulatory, and corporate standards for both make- and buy-item software. THE WORK
• Responsibilities include managing a centralized database of quality data, collecting and analyzing key software metrics, and presenting trend analyses and corrective-action recommendations to the Corrective Action Board and senior leadership.
• The role conducts internal software process audits, oversees peer-review metric management, and participates in functional qualification testing, ensuring test results are captured and fed back into continuous-improvement cycles.
• Additionally, the analyst witnesses software builds, verifies media integrity, and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, supply-chain, and customer teams to resolve quality issues, develop dispositions, and implement corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined
• AS9100 Knowledge/Experience
• Experience with verification and validation processes
• Auditing Experience
• Data Analytics and/or Quality Engineering Experience
• Must be able to possess Secret Security Clearance
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance Desired

Skills:

• Tableau experience or similar data analytics tools
• Software Engineering / Software Quality experience
• Defect trending experience using Excel, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Root Cause Analysis (e.g. 5

Why, Ishikawa Diagrams, Flow Charts, Pareto Analysis).
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Audit experience (AS9100, ISO
9001)
• Experience with development, production, and sustainment contracts.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
