• Review and validate image datasets.
• Identify inconsistencies, labeling errors, and systematic quality failures.
• Contribute to the development of instruction specs and golden sample datasets.
• Collaborate with Researchers and Ops teams.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply evaluation rubrics consistently and objectively.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, editing, reviewing, auditing, or annotation work.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, and interpersonal skills.

• Past experience in AI training, model evaluation, or data annotation.
