Title: Product Integrity & Social Compliance Analyst
Industry: Entertainment
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities- Manage vendor compliance programs to ensure adherence to product quality, safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sourcing, production, design, legal, merchandising, and retail teams to address product compliance and quality issues.
- Monitor vendor performance, inspection results, and product testing outcomes; identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and distribute performance reports to support vendor evaluations and sourcing decisions.
- Oversee product testing programs related to safety, performance, physical properties, and regulatory compliance.
- 3–5 years of experience in product integrity, quality assurance, compliance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, product development, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with consumer product regulations and industry standards, including CPSC, CPSIA, FTC, CPSA, California Proposition 65, REACH, and related compliance requirements.
- Experience working with product testing programs and third‑party testing laboratories preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
