Position Overview
A support role on our Quality Assurance team across our three textile brands. Responsible for investigating and processing quality related claims, entering replacement orders, issuing credits, entering Charge Backs, maintaining the QA library, performing lab responsibilities, and additional job‑related duties.
Essential Functions- Collect all necessary data and documentation to effectively analyze quality related claims across all our textile brands
- Work diligently with internal staff, sales and our resources to resolve issues in products that do not meet our standards
- Enter replacement orders and follow‑up to ensure inspection
- Process Charge Backs and batch to Accounting
- Process returns authorizations including documents, call tags, and pick‑up requests
- Issue credit memos to our clients
- Assist in the inspection process for new receipts against our established standards‑lot control
- Maintain the QA library for approved standards and memos for all products
- Manage cuttings and spreadsheets for our Underwriters Laboratory recognition program
- Review commercial matches utilizing a light box
- Enter and monitor all JIRA requests that warrant QA assistance
- Additional duties as assigned.
This position will report to the QA Supervisor.
ContactsThis position typically has contact with all employees at all levels of the organization internally. It also has direct contact with resource personnel, clients, and contractors.
Knowledge and Skills- Basic knowledge of textiles with the ability to recognize color and differentiate shades, inherent nuances a plus.
- Cut, weigh and record fabric swatches
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Handle claims resolutions efficiently with strong follow‑up skills
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to understand internal QA procedures
- Associate’s degree in textiles is preferred
- High school diploma required

Compensation and BenefitsCompensation range for this role is $20.27 - $26.70. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
