We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with hands‑on experience in Neo Load to perform API UI and Mobile Application performance testing. The role involves designing performance test strategies, executing load tests, analyzing system behavior and ensuring application scalability, stability, and reliability in production‑like environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute performance load, stress, spike and endurance tests.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Neo Load.
- Perform API performance testing (REST/SOAP).
- Conduct UI performance testing for web applications.
- Execute mobile application performance testing (Android, iOS).
- Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks in application, database or infrastructure layers.
- Work closely with developers, architects, Dev Ops and business teams to resolve performance issues.
- Monitor system behavior using application and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Prepare performance test reports, metrics and recommendations.
- Integrate performance tests with CICD pipelines.
- Support capacity planning and production readiness assessments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Neo Load.
- Good understanding of performance testing methodologies.
- Experience in load modeling and workload design.
- Experience in API performance testing (REST/SOAP).
- Hands‑on experience with web UI performance testing.
- Experience testing mobile application performance.
- Understanding of client‑side and server‑side performance metrics.
- Experience with monitoring tools (APM, logs, metrics).
- Knowledge of HTTP protocols, JSON, XML.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab, etc.).
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix commands.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.00/hour - $51.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
