Integer Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Perform visual, dimensional and/or functional inspections for raw materials, in-process assemblies, or finished products according to specifications;
Identify non-conforming materials and initiate the NCR process;
Utilize measurement tools and ensure current calibration (calipers, pin gage, optical comparator, Smart Scope, pull tester);
Compile quality records and document inspection results with GDP (Good Documentation Practices);
Support first article inspections and process audits; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
