Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance programs to monitor performance and compliance of processes, procedures, and policies.
You will collaborate with global quality, process improvement, and delivery teams to assess knowledge, support learning needs, and contribute to the development of quality methodologies and processes.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement quality enhancements.
Provide expert guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
Analyze complex data sets to support decision-making and improve quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality standards and objectives.
Drive continuous learning initiatives to elevate team capabilities and performance.

Note:
Role requires 60% onsite client work in New York (3 days per week) and client mandated 5 days away per quarter

Basic Qualifications

5+ years' experience
Playwright MCP Testing
Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA)
Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications

Bank Experience
Client facing experience
Advanced proficiency in Application Testing
Bachelor's degree
