Quality Analyst

Overview

This position is for a Quality Analyst within the Undersea Warfare market segment (USW), supporting the MK48 Production Programs. This position will require on-site support for the Syracuse facility.

• Consolidate and analyze defect data to support Material Review Board (MRB) and Corrective Action Board(s) (CAB).
• Overall responsibility for implementation and execution of the quality requirements on your assigned program(s).
• Partner with Program Management and Integrated Program Team (IPT) to provide proactive issue identification, causal analysis, mitigation, and preventive action.
• Identify risks and proactively work with the program team to document risks and help develop and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
• Establish and maintain quality metrics that are utilized by the program team to monitor performance.
• Maintain and facilitate the Corrective Action Board (CAB) and Material Review Board (MRB).
• Drive root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions.
• US Citizenship is required.

• Proficient in Excel and Power Point
• Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) experience
• Prior Data Analytics experience
• Prior manufacturing/production interfacing experience
• Prior experience in a quality role
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Previous program quality experience
• Experience generating, submitting, and reviewing CDRLs
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt
• Procedural/process auditing experience
• Tableau experience
• Solumina experience
• Experience with ISO
  9001/AS9100
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Stakeholder presentation experience
• Experience with problem solving

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,600‑$120,750, depending on location. The position is incentive plan eligible.
