Overview
This position is for a Quality Analyst within the Undersea Warfare market segment (USW), supporting the MK48 Production Programs. This position will require on-site support for the Syracuse facility.
Responsibilities- Consolidate and analyze defect data to support Material Review Board (MRB) and Corrective Action Board(s) (CAB).
- Overall responsibility for implementation and execution of the quality requirements on your assigned program(s).
- Partner with Program Management and Integrated Program Team (IPT) to provide proactive issue identification, causal analysis, mitigation, and preventive action.
- Identify risks and proactively work with the program team to document risks and help develop and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
- Establish and maintain quality metrics that are utilized by the program team to monitor performance.
- Maintain and facilitate the Corrective Action Board (CAB) and Material Review Board (MRB).
- Drive root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point
- Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) experience
- Prior Data Analytics experience
- Prior manufacturing/production interfacing experience
- Prior experience in a quality role
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Previous program quality experience
- Experience generating, submitting, and reviewing CDRLs
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt
- Procedural/process auditing experience
- Tableau experience
- Solumina experience
- Experience with ISO
9001/AS9100 - Excellent verbal and written communication
- Stakeholder presentation experience
- Experience with problem solving
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,600‑$120,750, depending on location. The position is incentive plan eligible.
