Manager, Quality Systems & Process

Onsite – Buffalo, NY

We’re looking for a versatile quality professional to support and coordinate key business systems, blending internal auditing, MRB and CARB facilitation, and quality administration to drive compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to closure.
• Facilitate MRB and CARB meetings, manage changes, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor nonconformance reports, follow up on NCs, and assist in KPI tracking/reporting.
• Maintain quality databases and documentation for audit readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline and 3 years experience in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration.
• OR Associate’s degree in the same fields and 7 years experience in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards, ERP/MES systems, and MS Office.
• Preferred:
  Auditor certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100), experience in KPI reporting, lean/CI methods.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Buffalo, NY: $75,000 – $100,000 annually
