We are seeking a hands‑on Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier quality performance, material quality improvements, and manufacturing operations. This role will focus on managing supplier‑related quality issues, driving CAPAs, resolving non‑conformances, and ensuring suppliers consistently meet quality and performance expectations.
Requirements- Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in CAPA, NCR management, and Root Cause Analysis
- Experience with supplier audits, corrective actions, and quality investigations
- Knowledge of First Article Inspection (FAI) and supplier qualification processes
- Experience working with electromechanical components preferred
- Lead supplier quality investigations and corrective actions
- Manage supplier non‑conformances and quality improvement initiatives
- Support FAI, incoming inspection, and part approval activities
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve product quality and supplier performance
- Drive continuous improvement across supplier quality processes
