- Review and interpret customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality requirements to ensure product compliance.
- Coordinate and manage calibration and metrology activities to maintain accuracy and reliability of manufacturing equipment.
- Support End‑of‑Life (EOL) assessments and failure analysis of materials and finished products to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Create, maintain, and update quality documentation to support compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate quality and compliance information within electronic documentation systems, including ERP systems, questionnaires, and data tables.
- Support internal audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Physics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Materials Science.
- Basic understanding of metrology, measurement tools, and calibration concepts.
- Prior experience with material and product quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and semiconductor customer specifications (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail for reviewing documentation and ensuring record accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
