* ** WHAT WE'RE DOING*
* The Software Quality Analyst will develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and documentation that meet customer, regulatory, and corporate standards for both make‑ and buy‑item software

** THE WORK*
* - Responsibilities include managing a centralized database of quality data, collecting and analyzing key software metrics, and presenting trend analyses and corrective‑action recommendations to the Corrective Action Board and senior leadership

- The role conducts internal software process audits, oversees peer‑review metric management, and participates in functional qualification testing, ensuring test results are captured and fed back into continuous‑improvement cycles

- Additionally, the analyst witnesses software builds, verifies media integrity, and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, supply‑chain, and customer teams to resolve quality issues, develop dispositions, and implement corrective actions for recurring discrepancies

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college  or equivalent experience/combined

- AS9100 Knowledge/Experience

- Experience with verification and validation processes

- Auditing Experience

- Data Analytics and/or Quality Engineering Experience

- Must be able to possess Secret Security Clearance

- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

- Ability to obtain a security clearance

** Desired

Skills:

*
* - Tableau experience or similar data analytics tools

- Software Engineering / Software Quality experience

- Defect trending experience using Excel, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Root Cause Analysis  e g  5

Why, Ishikawa Diagrams, Flow Charts, Pareto Analysis  

- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt

- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Audit experience  AS9100, ISO
9001

- Experience with development, production, and sustainment contracts

- Secret Security Clearance
