Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Manage comprehensive and effective quality systems and tests for all shifts.
- Participate in the planning of all the lab tests.
- Participate in the study and development of efficient tests.
- Ensure the product's quality and the extent of its conformity to the ISO 9001 Quality standards.
- Follow-up cases of non-conformity and classification of the non-conformity materials.
- Carry out Sampling of finished products to confirm the results of the lab tests.
- Assist in developing quality division and share any suggestions in this area.
- Carry out any examination required on the final product to ensure its conformity with the specifications required by the client in the production request.
- Make tests on the raw materials when received from the suppliers.
- The Responsibilities of QC are according to RACI matrix that currently adopted in FINE Egypt.
