We’re Hiring:
Jewelry Quality Assurance Specialist (NYC)

What You’ll Do Quality Control & Inspection- Perform detailed inspections of finished goods, components, and incoming shipments
- Authenticate products against design specifications and brand standards
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, and workmanship issues
- Maintain and refine quality control procedures and inspection guidelines
- Support development of scalable QC frameworks aligned with luxury standards
- Ensure consistency across all product lifecycle checkpoints
- Track and report on quality metrics, trends, and recurring issues
- Translate findings into clear, actionable feedback for Design and Product teams
- Support adherence to product development timelines and standards
- Analyze repair trends to identify root causes
- Provide structured feedback to improve durability and execution
- Support complex repair evaluations requiring technical judgment
- Partner closely with Design, Production, and Operations
- Act as a resource for materials, construction, and workmanship standards
- 4+ years of experience in jewelry quality, production, or technical product roles
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials
- Exceptional attention to detail and visual inspection skills
- Able to interpret technical specifications and documentation
- Analytical, solutions-oriented, and highly organized
- Naturally aligned with a precision-driven, craftsmanship-focused environment
- Experience in luxury fine jewelry or body jewelry
- Bench jewelry or hands‑on production experience
- Relevant technical training or certification
- New York City (On-Site)
