Responsibilities of Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and improve quality system procedures and ensure compliance using SAP
• Support suppliers with Control Plans, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and process capability studies
• Perform supplier PPAPs, process audits, and key product audits; track actions in SAP
• Manage supplier corrective and preventive actions (SCAR/CAPA) and verify effectiveness
• Analyze SAP quality data, finished product issues, and customer complaints to drive improvements
• Act as the quality liaison between suppliers, purchasing, and internal stakeholders
• Provide technical quality support to the purchasing function

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in quality or engineering within machining or assembly manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, GD&T, and blueprint reading
• Experience working with SAP for quality data, NCRs, PPAPs, or supplier performance tracking
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
