AVANTech is an innovative goal‑oriented company specializing in water treatment solutions. Our products dramatically improve operations in industrial, commercial, and nuclear applications. ASME Section VIII pressure vessels, nuclear process equipment, water treatment systems as well as specialized systems for selective removal of radioactivity, boric acid purification and various contaminants of concern applications.

What Will Set You Up for Success:
  • Perform nondestructive examinations in accordance with applicable codes, standards, procedures, and customer requirements
  • Conduct VT, MT, and PT inspections on welds, structural components, piping, and fabricated assemblies
  • Interpret and evaluate inspection results accurately
  • Prepare clear and detailed inspection reports and documentation
  • Maintain compliance with safety policies and site‑specific requirements
  • Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members
  • Assist with additional inspection methods as qualified and required
Qualifications:
  • Current or previous Level II certifications in VT, MT, and PT preferred
  • RT or UT Level II experience/certifications is a plus
  • Strong understanding of industry codes and standards
  • Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and inspection procedures
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
  • Strong work ethic, attention to details, and professional attitude
Preferred

Certifications:
  • Visual Testing (VT) – Level II preferred
  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) – Level II preferred
  • Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) – Level II preferred
  • Radiographic Testing (RT) – Level II is a strong plus
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – Level II is a strong plus
