We are seeking a
** Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor
** to lead a team in a highly regulated laboratory environment. This role is ideal for an experienced laboratory professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys developing teams while remaining involved in technical operations.
** Schedule** :
Rotating 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
** Responsibilities*
* + Supervise and support a team of approximately six Quality Control laboratory professionals.
+ Oversee analytical testing for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
+ Provide coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
+ Ensure smooth shift handoffs through clear communication and collaboration.
+ Maintain compliance with GMP, FDA, USP, EP, company procedures, and safety standards.
+ Review laboratory documentation for accuracy and completeness.
+ Support investigations including OOS results, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
+ Prioritize workloads to meet production timelines while maintaining quality standards.
+ Assist with analytical testing and troubleshooting as needed.
** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
+ 3-5+ years of supervisory experience in a GMP or other highly regulated laboratory environment.
+
Experience with chromatographic techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, or GC.
+ Working knowledge of cGMP regulations, laboratory documentation, and quality systems.
+
Experience with OOS investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls is preferred.
+ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
