Auto Parts Coordinator

Auto Parts Coordinator will inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. Will follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy

• Physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Understand written and verbal instructions, read and interpret estimates and work orders
• Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
