Great Lakes Cheese, Inc. is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician to support the overall Food Safety Plan by monitoring, reviewing records, and inspections in a lab and production setting.
You will conduct tests on materials and products, set up and maintain lab equipment, perform swabbing and plating, and log daily verification data in a fast-paced dairy facility in New York. This role requires attention to SOPs, HACCP knowledge, and MS Office proficiency.
