We are looking for experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and refining Dutch (Netherlands) customer service content. This role involves improving machine-translated materials to ensure accuracy, natural language, and alignment with project guidelines.
What you’ll do- Conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches.
- Validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards.
- Identify systemic MT quality issues, including recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
- Provide high-level qualitative feedback that directly contributes to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements- Native proficiency in Dutch (Netherlands) and strong English skills.
