gategroup is seeking a Sanitation Manager to direct all sanitation operations in a high‑volume food service environment. You will ensure safety, quality, GMPs, SOPs and food safety systems are followed.
You will lead and train staff, coordinate with QA and production, oversee audits, validate sanitation practices, and drive continuous improvement while controlling costs. Strong leadership and HACCP knowledge are essential.
