- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers.
- Define and implement overall QA strategy, test plans, and testing methodologies.
- Review business and technical requirements and identify test scenarios and risks.
- Lead functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Drive test automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve automation coverage.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project managers to resolve quality issues.
- Manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.
- Track QA metrics, test progress, defect trends, and overall product quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and quality gaps and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Ensure testing processes follow organizational quality standards and best practices.
- Support release planning, deployment validation, and production verification.

- 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing QA teams.
- Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA methodologies.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, HP ALM, or similar.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, or similar Dev Ops tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
