Key Responsibilities
1. Production Testing & Test Management
- Maintain and update production testing trackers for national brand and replenishment items
- Coordinate product testing submissions with third‑party labs (e.g., UL and other testing agencies)
- Prepare and submit test samples, applications, and supporting documentation
- Track testing timelines and proactively manage delays or issues
- Support China team and factories on testing requirements and execution
- Investigate test failures with factories and identify root causes
- Prepare and submit CAP (Corrective Action Plans) for approval
- Coordinate with internal compliance and QA teams for:
- Conditional approvals
- Running changes
- Retest approvals
- Follow up with factories to ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Manage annual production testing for replenishment items
- Request, review, and submit required samples to labs
- Prepare UL applications and required documentation
- Maintain and update annual testing trackers
- Ensure compliance deadlines are met for ongoing product lines
- Manage customer complaints from and buyer teams across all categories
- Prepare CAP documentation for buyer review and approval
- Communicate findings to account managers and internal stakeholders
Ensure factory corrective actions are implemented in production and replenishment orders
- 1–3 years of experience in QA, compliance, product testing, or supply chain coordination
- Experience in consumer goods, housewares, or electronics preferred
- Strong organizational and data tracking skills (Excel required)
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and follow‑up tasks
- Strong communication skills with factories and cross‑functional teams
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving ability
- Familiarity with product testing processes is a plus
- Experience working with third‑party labs (UL, SGS, Intertek, etc.)
- Exposure to CAPA / corrective action processes
- Experience with retail compliance (Walmart, Amazon, or similar)
- Basic understanding of product safety or regulatory requirements
