We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to lead quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle. The role will focus on test planning, automation, functional and integration testing, data quality, Salesforce testing, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Required Technical/Functional Skills- Strong experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing and automated test frameworks.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
- Strong data quality assurance and backend validation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce testing.
- Ability to ensure adherence to Agile processes and QA best practices while adapting to team needs.
- Experience validating APIs, databases, integrations, and backend processes.
- Strong defect management and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
- Validate APIs, databases, integrations, data quality, and backend processes.
- Identify, document, track, retest, and verify software defects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and support teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality improvements throughout the SDLC.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices.
- Support release validation, production verification, and hypercare activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, automation, and testing standards.
- Ensure QA activities align with Agile methodologies, project requirements, and organizational quality standards.
- Experience with Agile Quality Assurance practices.
- Additional experience with Salesforce automation or integration testing.
- Knowledge of modern QA tools and test management platforms.
