The Gellert Global Group is seeking an FSQA Technician to monitor and enforce food manufacturing controls with a strong focus on hygiene, sanitation, and product quality. You will report to the FSQA Supervisor or Manager and collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance.
You will inspect production areas, conduct raw bulk and finished goods inspections, collect and log samples, and coordinate with the lab to ensure accurate testing.
