We seek a Quality and Operations Coordinator. This is a critical role responsible for building, fixing, and maintaining finished product and sub-assembly inventory levels.
This role will conduct product assembly and quality control inspections. This role will also cross-train on a variety of operations functions such as inventory control, purchasing, and receiving inspection. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has experience working with VR headsets or similar computing technology.
What You'll Do- Assemble accessory and sub-assemblies into finished products according to defined specifications and work instructions.
- Inspect incoming and in-process parts for conformance to specifications (visual and dimensional requirements).
- Fulfill customer orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain production documentation including assembly forms, receiving inspection forms, and non-conformance reports.
- Conduct QC Inspection of finished products.
- Proactively communicate any issues with direct management
- Collaborate with engineers as needed to identify and resolve assembly issues.
- Ensure the cleanliness of components and finished products in compliance with GMP requirements.
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing facility (preferred)
- Ability to follow daily routine and complete tasks independently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours a day
