What You'll Be DoingPerform quality control testing on aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and/or related materials to verify product compliance.
Collect samples, record test results, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
Monitor production processes and communicate quality findings to plant and operations teams.
Troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective actions to maintain product standards.
Promote and follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures in daily activities.
What Are We Looking ForKnowledge of quality control testing procedures and ability to accurately perform and document test results.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations and production teams.
Proficiency in using testing equipment, technology, and recordkeeping systems.
Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer$31.00- $37.00 per hour.
