Leveraging in-house construction management and deep market insight, Stake Property Group identifies underperforming assets, unlocks hidden potential, and creates long-term value for investors and stakeholders alike.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisition Specialist based in New York, NY.

• Identifying off-market and on-market deals
• Analyzing property performance metrics
• Preparing financial models
• Assisting in negotiations through to closing
• Collaborating with the company’s leadership and construction management teams to align acquisition strategies with value-add execution plans

You don’t need years of experience — you need hunger, discipline, and the willingness to learn. We’ll train you from the ground up on how to source real off-market and distressed assets across NYC. You’ll learn how to identify undervalued multifamily, mixed-use, and small-development deals, how to speak with homeowners and brokers, and how to analyze opportunities the same way we evaluate deals internally.
