Position Overview

As a Real Estate Agent, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individuals in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This entails meeting clients to discuss property requirements and pricing, overseeing seller open-houses, and presenting properties aligned with client expectations.

  • Opportunities in Rental, Sale, and Commercial Divisions
  • Landlord network and portfolio of exclusives that includes over 1,000 listings across NYC.
  • Connect with our in-house marketing team on branding and advertising strategies
  • Extensive rental, commercial & sales training, weekly meetings, seminars, 1:1 coaching, mentorship, and workshops
  • CRM platform to assist with lead generation
  • We participate in several lead generation programs, allowing us to give our agents leads, as well as unparalleled networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work full-time.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
  • Proficiency or willing to learn industry software and technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Show entrepreneurship mindset with great organizational and time management skills.
