A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Manager/Director of Commercial Real Estate with a proven track record in all aspects ofleasing and property management for a commercial/retail real estateportfolio. As a Commercial Real Estate Director at Red Apple Real Estate, you will be a part of a talented and driven team that thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and using initiative to create opportunities.

We are seeking a natural relationship-builder to form close working relationships and deliver the highest standards of service to tenants.

Objectives of this Role
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the leasing of company ownedretail/commercial space.
  • Serve as the main point of contactforoutside brokersand prospective clients.
  • Prepare and respond to LOIs and work with counsel on the drafting and negotiation of leases.
  • Assist the owner in promoting properties for lease and offer advice to interestedprospective tenants.
  • Coordinate and work closely with department headsto negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork for the lease of the commercial properties.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to accurately compute rental value of the owned commercial spaces.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Analyze the portfolio to ensure best placement in the market.
  • Formulate thoughtful analyses of owner’s properties gauging market comparables, and research.
  • Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified clients.
  • Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals
  • Prepare and manage documentation/leases and internal databases to ensure most up-to-date property and client information is on record.
  • Fill current vacancies and develop a plan to fillvacancies and renewexpiringleases.
  • Partner closely with other members of staff to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
