This is not a training role. This is for professionals who can bring listings or direct owner relationships.

What You Will Do- Originate exclusive multifamily and commercial listings in New York
- Cultivate direct owner, investor, and institutional relationships
- Secure listing agreements
- Work with our team to prepare valuations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Participate in negotiations and attend closings
- Full marketing and execution support
- Access to buyers, lenders, and joint venture capital
- Financing placement capability
- Strategic underwriting and positioning guidance
- Serious commission splits on real deals
- Independent contractor (commission-only)
- Substantial commission participation on closed transactions
- Typical commercial commissions range from $30,000 to $90,000+
- Six-figure potential for serious producers
- Equity participation opportunities in select deals
- $100M+ sale: $2M commission; $500K to listing agent
- $14.5M construction loan: $54,375 to originating agent
- $11M mortgage placement: $27,500 to agent
- Active New York real estate license required
- Proven ability to secure listings
- Established owner or investor relationships
- Self-directed and results-driven
- Experience in real estate, finance, banking, or asset management preferred
