Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent / Associate based in New York, NY, working directly in support of a top-producing Lead Agent
. The role is designed for a motivated, detail-oriented agent who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high-level transactions.

Responsibilities include supporting client engagement, coordinating and attending property showings, assisting with listing preparation and marketing, managing inquiries, helping facilitate negotiations, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout buying, selling, and leasing transactions. The role also involves maintaining strong knowledge of the New York City real estate market while providing exceptional service under the guidance of the Lead Agent.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in luxury real estate through hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to high-volume, high-value transactions.

  • Strong understanding of real estate principles and local market dynamics
  • Excellent customer service skills with a team-first mindset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales aptitude and comfort supporting negotiations and client interactions
  • Familiarity with luxury real estate and the NYC market is a plus'
  • Ability to work independently while effectively supporting a Lead Agent
