Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is for an experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent / salesperson or licensed associate real estate broker in NYC. The agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties by utilizing market knowledge and building strong client relationships. MUST have experience with commercial leasing and/or sales in the NYC market.

Responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing market analyses, negotiating contracts, and providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
