Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at our Islandia, NY location. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, conducting market research, preparing property analyses, and developing strategies to meet client goals. You will engage with property owners, tenants, investors, and developers, fostering strong relationships while providing expert consultation and negotiations.

Additionally, the position requires staying updated on local market trends and ensuring seamless transactions for parties involved.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate markets
  • Proven ability in Sales with a focus on commercial property transactions
  • Exceptional Customer Service and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of property analysis and market research techniques
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools
  • Real Estate license (required); experience in the Long Island market preferred
