Our client, a leading real estate investment platform are seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its in‑house legal team at its New York headquarters.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to acquisitions, financings, leasing within a vertically integrated investment structure.
Responsibilities- Support acquisitions and financings of commercial real estate transactions nationwide.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial leases across retail, office, residential, and industrial assets.
- Oversee land acquisitions and development‑related documentation.
- Draft subscription agreements and investor documentation for capital raises.
- 4–7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, financings, and leasing across multiple property types.
- Experience handling transactions on a national scale.
- Strong ability to operate independently while collaborating within a team‑oriented environment.
- Compensation Range:$200,000 - $260,000 base salary + competitive bonus
- Work Module: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
