J3K Real Estate () is seeking a qualified Leasing and or Sales agents. Candidate must be a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New York.

Candidate must have prior experience in Commercial or Residential Real Estate and have prior experience transacting with one or more of the following asset classes:
Industrial, Retail, Office, Multifamilly in one or more of the following markets:
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island.

The Leasing or Sales Associate role is a full-time business opportunity in which income is based on commissioned sales or lease deals. You will be part of a winning brokerage team while working individually to achieve your personal business plan. Candidate will be responsible for generating new opportunities and maintaining leads for company agencies and properties. Candidate will responsible for sourcing and conducting tours as well as contract negotiation and much more.

Candidates will receive Tenant based leads in his or her specalized asset class as well as access to research, comp data and the company database as well as access to Costar, Loopnet and other listings systems.
