This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY, for a Commercial Real Estate Broker. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, tenants, and other real estate professionals, as well as managing sale negotiations and facilitating transactions. The broker will be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting market analysis, and providing expert tenant representation and advisory services to clients.
Additionally, the role requires achieving sales targets, maintaining market knowledge, and executing strategic plans to deliver exceptional results.
- 2 + years in a sales role, real estate preferred
- Strong experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
- Proven track record in Sales within the real estate industry
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the New York real estate market
- Ability to work onsite and manage multiple clients effectively
- Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Broker in New York (required)
- Experience with commercial real estate software and market analysis tools is a plus
