Overview

The Restaurant Brokers Team at The Agency is expanding and seeking two driven commercial real estate agents to focus on brokering restaurant spaces, retail, key money transactions, and hospitality deals throughout New York City. This is a fully commission-based role within a fast-paced, client-facing sales environment.

Agents will receive team-generated leads, though candidates must have their own book of business as well. While the primary focus is restaurants and retail, agents are welcome to pursue other commercial real estate opportunities as well.

You will join an experienced six-person commercial team that values entrepreneurship, teamwork, and delivering first-class client experiences. Successful candidates will bring a positive mindset, strong self-motivation, and a genuine interest in retail, restaurant, and hospitality brokerage.

• Minimum of 2+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Must be based in New York City
• Existing book of business with a proven ability to maintain and expand client relationships
• Strong knowledge of NYC neighborhoods
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
