Our team is a top‑producing group at Douglas Elliman. We are comprised of three senior partners. The operations associate will join the project manager in supporting and facilitating high‑value residential sales in New York and Detroit.
Role DescriptionThe Operations Associate will support daily business activities for a top‑producing team, ensuring operational workflows are efficient and effective. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, assisting customer service initiatives, maintaining effective communication across the team and its clients, and supporting process improvement. The associate will work closely with and under the supervision of the team’s project manager, with opportunity to build out their career as they see fit.

This is a full‑time hybrid role (in‑office four days a week), based at our Tri Be Ca office.
Qualifications- Strong organizational and operations management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and handling client interactions effectively.
- Affinity for working with different kinds of people, and a strong curiosity for how best to meet their needs.
- Customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday are a plus, but not necessary. Ability and desire to learn new tools is a must.
- Real estate salesperson license in New York State is a plus, but not required. An interest in obtaining a license in the future is a plus.
- An interest in learning about, navigating, and meeting key players in New York City’s real estate industry is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic work environment.
