Acquisition Analyst

We are partnered with a real estate investment firm that seeks to invest in high-growth, niche suburbs throughout the Sunbelt region of the U.S., focusing on developing Class A multifamily and active adult communities for middle-class renters in desirable suburbs at an affordable price point.

They are seeking a highly motivated Acquisitions Analyst located in New York, NY. The Analyst will support the investor relations, acquisitions, and development team in deal sourcing, underwriting, feasibility analysis, market research, and capital markets.

• 1-3 years+ of relevant experience in real estate development, capital markets, real estate acquisitions or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel modeling skills and financial acumen is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with land brokers, lenders, and partners.
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, for reporting, presentations, and collaboration
• Experience with fundraising and financing processes
• Strong research skills for market analysis and project evaluation
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
