Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including farms, land, commercial, residential, vacation homes, and investment properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, listing properties, negotiating deals, providing client consultations, and managing contracts. The Real Estate Agent will also focus on building and maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales skills and proven track record in real estate sales
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to handle client consultations
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with the Pennsylvania and Maryland real estate markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is beneficial
