Location: New York
Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. is seeking a Recertification Specialist I to join the on-site support team for POP Management, overseeing rent collection, occupancy, and tenant records for up to 175 units of affordable housing.
You will coordinate with the compliance team on subsidy information, maintain confidentiality of tenant files, and participate in trainings to stay compliant with LIHTC, Bond, and Section 8 programs and related agencies.
