Location: New York
PGIM Real Estate, the real estate arm of PGIM, offers an Investment Associate role in New York focused on debt origination. You will analyze commercial real estate debt opportunities, including construction, mezzanine, and preferred equity, while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
The position requires a strong finance foundation, CRE experience, and advanced Excel skills. Expect a hybrid schedule with 3–4 days in the office and 1–2 remote days per week in New York.
