Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, Inc. (HCCI) seeks a motivated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing in New York City and ensure operational excellence.
You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance (HUD, HUD-VA/HUD programs, LIHTC, HCR), foster resident relations, supervise staff and vendors, and oversee budgets and reporting. Based in New York, travel between properties is required and extended hours may be needed.
