A leading global asset manager is looking to add a Real Estate Associate to its New York-based team focused exclusively on alternative real estate investments
.
The team is approximately 10 professionals and is currently investing out of its fourth fund, a ~$1 billion vehicle, which recently launched and is expected to ramp activity in the coming months.
The role will involve:
- Conducting financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation
- Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
- Researching markets and industry trends
The strategy focuses on sectors including car washes, marinas, data centers, BTR, and other alternative real estate verticals
, with a strong 10-year track record.
The team is open to candidates from Analyst through Senior Associate
, with prior investment experience preferred but open to investment banking analysts with strong potential.
