ABOUT US
Itzhaki Acquisitions is a full-service real estate investment and development firm founded in 2006. We buy, reposition, and develop residential, mixed-use, and development properties, primarily in New York City, with a growing footprint in self-storage and select markets, including Florida. Since inception we have acquired more than $500 million in real estate, and we handle every stage of the investment cycle in-house: sourcing, underwriting, construction, and asset management.
Most of what we have bought was never publicly for sale.
This is a full-time, on-site position in our New York City office. The job of the Acquisitions Associate is to source investments: calling property owners to introduce the firm, generating leads, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and negotiating contracts. The calls are made daily and in volume; nearly every deal in the firm’s history began as one of them. The associate who opens a deal stays with it, through underwriting, contract, and closing, and learns the business from people who have practiced it for a long time.
For someone serious about a career in real estate investment, it is a strong place to start.
